Tim Lee

Tim Lee resides in Dallas, TX. He studied music at the University of Florida where he did course work in instrumental education, tuba and vocal performance. Tim graduated from The International Fine Arts College in Miami, Florida with an AA in fashion design. Tim started freelance designing in 1994.  He was a full time designer at Algy Costumes since 2003-2019 In 2019 Mister Lee opened  Tm Lee Designs in 2018 and is currently a full time designer at Reverence Performance Apparel.

His performance experience includes the University of Florida Wind Ensemble and Chamber Singers, Gainesville Chamber Orchestra as principal tuba. His Drum Corp experience includes Magic of Orlando 1990, Cadets of Bergen County 1992 as a contra player, Magic of Orlando 1993 and The Cavaliers 1995 as a color guard performer. His winter guard experience was with the Alliance of Miami 1994 and 1996. In 2016 he was inducted into the SFWGA hall of fame  for excellence in Costume and show design. He currently performs with the Turtle Creek Choral and the Arlington Community Band.

Tim’s involvement with teaching, judging and designing for the Pageantry Arts began in 1993 with Stoneman Douglas High School, as the director of guards until 1999. Between 2001-2006 he was Guard Director for Santaluces High School; he remained as the guard designer and consultant for the program till 2014.  Tim also designs, consults and judges Winter Guards and marching band trough out the country.

Joshua Potter

Joshua K Potter is co-Director of Bands at Hickory Ridge MS just outside Charlotte, NC.  Previously, Mr. Potter opened Wakefield HS in Raleigh, NC. The Wakefield Bands appeared twice at the NCMEA Conference. Its marching band became a consistent BOA Regional Championship finalist and the Maroon Winter Guard earned WGI World Championships Finalist status in the A and Open Classes. Additionally, Mr. Potter served as Director of Bands at Providence HS in Charlotte, NC. While at Providence, the Wind Ensemble was a featured performer at the NCMEA Conference and the Music for All Southeastern Regional Concert Festival. The marching band was the first from Charlotte to make finals at a BOA Regional Championship. 

Mr. Potter has been working and performing in the pageantry arts since 1989.  He began his design work while a student at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill in 1997.  His experience includes work as a music arranger as well as visual designer.  Mr. Potter has served as the visual designer for marching bands in North Carolina, South Carolina, Georgia, and New Jersey.  His designs have helped his clients earn championships at local and state levels.   In addition, Mr. Potter has recently began serving in a coordinator role for the overall show production for several programs in N.C.

Mr. Potter also is a General Effect Adjudicator for Winter Guard International and enjoys working in winter circuits around the country.  He has also adjudicated state championship events for marching band in Kentucky and Virginia. 

Mr. Potter is married to Caren, an elementary school counselor, and the proud father of an amazing daughter, Carrington, who loves dance.
