Ben Hipp, Owner & National Territory Manager

Mr. Hipp has served as an adjudicator, clinician, designer, and consultant for numerous finalist programs across the Southeast including the Chapin, DW Daniel, Pickens, Blythewood, Summerville, Ashley Ridge, White Knoll, Lexington, Irmo, River Bluff and Boiling Springs High School Bands, the 2006 World Champion Etude Winter Guard, the Epiphany Indoor Youth Ensemble, Charles Towne Independent Winter Guard and the Kiwanis Kavaliers Drum and Bugle Corps from Kitchener, Ontario, Canada.  Mr. Hipp has also served as an executive and advisory board member for both the Carolina Indoor Performance Association and the Carolina Winter Ensembles Association in various roles since 1998.

Under Mr. Hipp's direction, the Summerville Color Guard has recently won various field and indoor awards and have been named the 2016 Cadet and Scholastic Open State Champions, 2010 Winter Guard International World Championships Scholastic A Class Finalist, 2016 Winter Guard International World Championships Scholastic Open Class Finalist and the 2004, 2014 State 5A State Marching Band Champions.   Mr. Hipp is currently in his fourteenth year as Color Guard Director at Summerville High School and his seventeenth year as a Summerville color guard staff member.  Mr. Hipp was formerly the Early College Program Coordinator at Summerville High School coordinating with Trident Technical College on dual enrollment classes.  He now runs his own design and pageantry arts supply business, Hipp Visual Solutions. In addition, Mr. Hipp is the National Territory Manager for Reverence Performance Apparel, the Southeast Territory Manager for Marching Bandworks and Regional Representative for Field & Floor, FX.


Jill Moser, Regional Representative

Jill Moser is local to the North Florida area. She started performing with St. Augustine High School’s Coast One in Middle School. After High School she pursued her dream of marching an Independent World Class Ensemble, Shaktai Performance Company. In 1997 she was given an opportunity with Nease High School to direct their Winterguard. 4 years later Northeast Independent entered the FFCC and went on to grow in to one of the top Independent World Teams not only in our area but nationally. Jill was the co-director of Northeast Independent for 10 years. In 2006 she went back to work with Nease as well and grew that program to Scholastic World by 2013. Besides her local roots, she has also had the opportunity to world with many teams from Cadet to World. For decades now, Jill has enjoyed designing and consulting for teams across the country. After working for another costume company here in Florida for 14 years, she took a position with Reverence Dance Apparel. She is looking forward to the future. This winter season, even during a pandemic, she was able to service 30 teams with costumes. Whether you are a first time instructor or a seasoned director, she can help you costume your team for competition. 


Katie Pacifico, Regional Representative

Katie Pacifico is the current director of the WCU Color Guard. She is also the Program Coordinator for the University of South Carolina and the Executive Director of Edge Independent. Other schools and organizations she has worked with include Lambert HS, Cambridge HS, Milton HS, Collins Hill HS, Stoneman Douglas HS, Paramount A, Paramount Open, Gainesville Independent, Alliance of Miami, Greater Johnstown (NY) and many more. She is an alumni of J.P Taravella HS, MEDEA, The Boston Crusaders, Premonition, and Alliance of Miami.

Katie also does consultation work with various programs throughout the state of Georgia as well as designing winter guard soundtracks.
